Stop eating dead food expecting to stay alive!
When I say that it usually pisses people off, especially my southern meat eating family and friends that count mustard greens that have been cooked down to mush mush as their main source of fiber. (Love yall tho!) I mean just think about it, how much nutritional value can you get from something that is already dead? Then there is the whole Beef vs. Beans debate; which do you think has more protein? Is your salad really a salad if you drown it in ranch dressing and cheddar cheese?
